The entire home, pool and backyard
*House is monitored with exteiror property cameras for security purposes. One is the above the garage and one monitoring the front door. There are no cameras inside of the home or in the backyard.
*Pool heating is available for $60 per night for a minimum of 3 nights during your stay. This request must be made no later than 2 days prior to your arrival. Please reach out for options for stays shorter than 3 days.
*We do not allow parties or large events
*Quiet hours begin at 10 pm nightly and are strickly enforced by both management and the City. Please keep music and shouting to a minimum at all times in an effort to respect our neighbors and avoid a noise ordinance fine. Two non-recording noise monitors on are onsite to measure noise levels and will notify managementn of significant and sustained noise.
*No smoking allowed insidethe home. We have some detection monitors in the home to alert hosts of smoking
*All house rules expected to be followed. Failing to do so will result in additional fines.
*NOTE: There may be occasions when pool or gardining professionals are onsite. We will do our best to communicate their arrival prior, but cannnot always pin-point timing.
*We provide a starter supply of amentities (laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and coffee pods) for guests to enjoy during their stay.
